Situation

The house is centrally located in this popular seaside town of Donaghadee best known for its harbour and lighthouse. There are many leisure facilities within easy access including an 18 hole golf links, a tennis and sailing club, riding schools, the beach, commons and coastal walks. There is a great choice of restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance.

Location

The town offers convenient access to Newtownards, Bangor, Belfast and the Ards Peninsula. The Mourne Mountains to the south and Giants Causeway to the north are comfortable days out. Travelling into Donaghadee along the seafront, turn right into New Street and immediately left into Bow Street. At the next crossroads turn left into Manor Street and No. 31 is on the right hand side.

Information

This mid terrace house has an open plan lounge/ diner and kitchen area on the ground floor; 3 first floor bedrooms with bathroom on the same floor comprising bath, toilet, basin and separate shower cubicle. Sleeps 5 - 1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Single.

Available, on request are a z-bed (suitable for a child in double bedroom) and a cot, bedding supplied, an extra cost of £25 each per booking. To the rear is a private parking space accessible via a one-way system.

Gas and electricity are included. Central heating is by gas and a gas fire is located in the lounge area. There is a colour TV, DVD player and VHS video recorder, cassette/radio, iron, board and airer, hoover and mop, also a hairdryer. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. All bedding (duvets) and towels are supplied. A welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, bread, etc. will be there to start you off.

Fair Use Policy

This residence has a no smoking and no pets policy, however I can put you in touch with kennels locally if you wish to bring your pet dog.
